Tucked into a quiet corner of Benissa Costa, just minutes from lively Moraira, Villa Mero is a beautifully renovated (2024) Ibiza-style retreat with sweeping Mediterranean views. Perfect for large families, groups, or wellness retreats.

Under new ownership since June 2026 — we're proud to be continuing the exceptional standard set by the previous owners, whose guests rated their stay in the high 9s and we have continued their formula!

The House

Ground Floor

• Elegant Ibiza-style kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and seating for 4

• Open-plan living room leading to a covered, south-facing terrace (naya) with sea views and dining for 10

Outdoor Living

South-facing throughout, the villa opens onto a spacious terrace with a sloping freshwater pool, sunbeds, shaded seating, and an outdoor shower and toilet. The pool can be heated in spring and autumn via heat pump (electricity costs apply — see below).

A covered pergola houses a full outdoor kitchen: gas BBQ, fridge, dishwasher, and dining for 10 — ideal for long, relaxed evenings outside.

Location

1 hour from Valencia Airport (VLC) or Alicante Airport (ALC). Villa Mero sits centrally between Alicante Airport (87 km) and Valencia Airport (120 km), making it an easy base for exploring the wider Costa Blanca — including Alicante city (74 km) and Valencia (110 km).

Peaceful and secluded, yet close to everything you need — restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, and several beautiful coves within walking distance (Cap Blanc, Cala Advocat 1.5 km, Cala Baladrar 1.2 km).

Ifach Golf Course is just around the corner, with tennis and padel clubs and other activities nearby.

The Costa Blanca's famed micro-climate — long, breezy summers and mild, sunny winters — has been recognized by the WHO as one of the healthiest in Europe.

Good to Know

• The villa is not wheelchair accessible, and floor levels vary throughout the property

• No pets, no smoking, no nudity, and no parties or events

• The main booker must be present for the stay and at least 25 years old; groups of young people cannot be accommodated

• Young children are welcome, subject to prior arrangement with the landlord

• Only registered guests may stay overnight or use the facilities

• Please respect the peace and privacy of the surrounding neighborhood

• Electricity is charged separately at €0.35/kWh and deducted from the deposit

• We ask all guests to treat the villa and its contents with care

Check-in / Check-out: Arrival from 16:00, departure by 10:00. During high season (July–August), changeovers take place only on Saturdays, with check-out no later than 10:00 am.

Payment & Deposit

• A 50% deposit (plus security deposit) is due at the time of booking

• The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival

• Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival require full payment upfront

• Security deposit: €1,000

• Provided the villa is left in good condition, the deposit is returned within 14 days of check-out, minus cleaning costs (€300), electricity usage, and any applicable extra charges (e.g., baby equipment)
