The area of Benissa Costa where Villa Mero sits, is full of natural attractions, beaches, history, and plenty to do. The main attraction in the area is the crag called Peñon de Ifach... the large rock formation pictured above next to the city of Calpe. It is 333m / 1,000 feet tall. Villa Mero has a partial view of it (see pic). Closer to Villa Mero is the lively city of Moraira -- a much desired beach town.

1 hour from Valencia Airport (VLC) or Alicante Airport (ALC). Villa Mero sits centrally between Alicante Airport (87 km) and Valencia Airport (120 km), making it an easy base for exploring the wider Costa Blanca — including Alicante city (74 km) and Valencia (110 km).
Peaceful and secluded, yet close to everything you need — restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, and several beautiful coves within walking distance (Cap Blanc, Cala Advocat 1.5 km, Cala Baladrar 1.2 km). But the hills in the area are very steep! So, walking distance might be true, but just know you will get a workout!
Ifach Golf Course is just around the corner, with tennis and padel clubs and other activities nearby.
The Costa Blanca's famed micro-climate — long, breezy summers and mild, sunny winters — has been recognized by the WHO as one of the healthiest in Europe.
